Sous Chef of the Year 2024

With joy, we announce that this year we have the honor of hosting the sous chef meeting. We are looking forward to this exciting event, especially because our own sous chef, Mads Kilstrup, has been nominated.

The event will proceed as follows: The six participants will present their own creations, after which they will be judged by the panel consisting of Kim Jørgensen, Bent Christensen, and Per Bach Andersen.

The winner will be announced after the final serving.

1st Course:
Stenbider roe Served with crème fraiche, melba toast, and delicate olive oil ice cream.

2nd Course:
“My Tribute to My Father” – Langoustine fisherman’s catch

3rd Course:
Ny Hattenæs Dover Sole Walewska

4th Course:
Forest Chicken is Accompanied by broccolini, delicate marrow, and havgus sauce.

5th Course:
The Coffee Cup
Vanilla infused with masala, sourdough bread ice cream, and coffee syrup.
