Join us for an evening of great food and entertainment in the beautiful surroundings at Ny Hattenæs.
THE EVENING WILL FEATURE
Welcome bubbles at 6:30 PM
Beef Wellington made with filet of beef, grilled romaine lettuce, potato gratin with autumn truffle, and bordelaise sauce
After dinner, Jacob Svendsen will take the stage for a 20-minute performance.
To conclude the evening, our pastry chef has prepared a delightful dessert consisting of
Mirabelle compote, Earl Grey mousse, caramelized ganache, and Earl Grey granite
