Ny Hattenæs offers 14 lovely rooms with views of the lake or forest. Each room is unique, but the beautiful and serene lakeside resort style is present throughout.
All 14 rooms at Ny Hattenæs Hotel have been designed with attention to detail and respect for the hotel’s charming history.

Our unique rooms offer charm and character. Some feature balconies with views of the beautiful Brassø Lake and the iconic Hjejlen paddle steamer, while others embrace the soothing color changes of the forest.
Hotel Ny Hattenæs blends tradition with modern Danish design. The rooms are tastefully decorated with furniture and decorations from House Doctor, as well as beautiful floral paintings from Denmark.
To create an atmosphere of peace and reflection, we have chosen not to include TVs in the rooms. Instead, you can enjoy the view and set the mood with our Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speaker. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00.

Our Fish & Seafood package offers check-in from 3:00 PM, allowing you the opportunity to enjoy the idyllic surroundings with a stroll or relaxation before the evening’s events.
This special evening begins with a refreshing cold buffet, followed by hot servings from our skilled head chef. Our talented pastry chef will also create an exquisite dessert.
The menu will feature a variety of delicacies, including Danish black lobster, crab, langoustine, and a range of other treats based on fresh fish.
We are also pleased to welcome the Caviar Tuk-Tuk in collaboration with Gourmet Engros, experts in exclusive ingredients, who will add an extra dimension to this unforgettable evening
